💗 Pink Out Spirit Day – Thursday! 💗 We will not have a pep rally this Thursday, but we’ll still show our support by having our Pink Out Spirit Day! Let’s fill the halls with pink as we show support for breast cancer awareness and our Dragon JH and High School football teams! This adjustment allows our cheerleaders to attend Fields of Faith on Wednesday evening and our athletes to still get in their volleyball practice before their upcoming games. We’re also planning something extra special — at our next home football game on Friday, October 24, the cheerleaders will lead a meaningful Halftime Recognition to honor local breast cancer survivors. We encourage everyone to wear pink that night as we fill the stands in support of those who have fought or are fighting this battle and to cheer on our Dragons! 💕🐉

🚒🔥 It’s Fire Prevention Week! 🔥🚒 This week is all about teaching our students the importance of fire safety. Today, our junior high and high school students are visiting the Iredell Volunteer Fire Department, and our elementary students will get their turn on Wednesday! A huge THANK YOU to our incredible volunteer firefighters for taking time to educate our students while continuing to keep our community safe. We appreciate you! ❤️💛🖤

🚔🐉 A big thank you to Officer Shaw for stopping by today! He gave everyone their very own police sticker and even let us explore his police car. 👮‍♂️✨ This hands-on adventure tied perfectly into our Social Studies lesson “How Do Leaders Make Rules” and how rules keep us safe. Our Dragons had a blast learning while having fun! 💛🖤
